Fiè Allo Sciliar

In this part of the world, fog can appear at any time of year. This series was shot on Christmas morning 2023, as heavy fog descending on the town, covering everything in a blanket of sinister surrealism. The streets were empty, everyone was celebrating the holiday in their homes with their families, it was just me walking around this tiny frozen ghost town in the middle of snowy, mountainous nowhere.
